Jessica, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, was born in 1978 and admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2005. She attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Ms. Caruthers later attended the University of Minnesota School of Law, where she earned her law degree, Cum Laude, in 2005. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Oklahoma and Kansas, the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the District Court of Kansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

She is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) through the Institute of Certified Bankers. Jessica’s areas of practice include estate planning, probates, trusts, adoptions, guardianships, family law, and civil litigation. She also enjoys volunteering for many community organizations, including her local church, and serves on the board of the Cherokee Strip Community Foundation and as President of the United Way of Northwest Oklahoma. Jessica has three daughters, Taryn, Delaney, and Riley, and two pets, Daisy and Luna. She’s also a proud Grammy to Charlie.
